If you're reading this email, then it's likely that you've read one (or more) of my books. If that's you, THANK YOU!

This email is to let you know that I just hit a MAJOR MILESTONE with my newest book, The Flip Game .

The Flip Game is a compilation of everything that I know about sourcing profitable items from thrift stores, yard sales, and estate sales that you can FLIP online for a PROFIT.

Personally, I LOVE playing The Flip Game . It's something that literally ANYONE can do and YES, you can make some real money while also having FUN.

It's a great place for people to start if the concept of becoming an Authorpreneur seems too complex or if someone doesn't have the capital to do Online Arbitrage or Retail Arbitrage.

And as you learn more (and EARN MORE), you can decide if you want to expand and learn about other ways to build a business and make money online.

So what does any of this have to do with ADHD?

Well, one symptom (or characteristic) of ADHD is a level of PERFECTIONISM. For me, when I write my books, I want them to be THOROUGH and I want to be sure that I've included EVERYTHING that could be considered relevant to the topic.

And when I'm writing my books, I will frequently have ideas pop into my head that I want to include. Sometimes these ideas come to me in the shower 🚿 , or while driving 🚗 , or while drifting off to sleep 🛌 .

Does this sound familiar? Does this exact same thing happen to you?

I've been doing this long enough that I know that I can't be trusted to simply 'remember something when I wake up in the morning' or when I get to my destination. And it can be an incredibly frustrating feeling to know that you had a good idea and now it's gone because you didn't write it down.

So I write things down (and you should, too). Any and all ideas that would pop into my head about The Flip Game get written down before I can forget them. This is the process that I've followed for all of my books.

I write notes in THREE PLACES: the Notes app on my phone, in draft emails in GMail, and on a stack of paper that I keep with my laptop.

And I've compiled them all into ONE FINAL LIST.

THIS MILESTONE IS COMPLETE!

This is the final list of tips, tricks, strategies, and topics that will be covered in The Flip Game .

I'm finally confident that I have everything that needs to be in the book in ONE PLACE (and it's a great feeling).

To me, that's part of the ADHD side of things. This pervasive worry about being "perfect". Like, what if I've forgotten something? Or what if I forgot to include some kind of example or strategy? I want my book to be AMAZING and exceed expectations but I'm the one that has to decide what goes in it and what stays out.

All of these decisions ADD UP and it can be EXHAUSTING.
